HOK, the venue’s designers, cited The Bell Centre in Montreal as a main influence of the building’s architecture, which has been described as “revolutionary,” by Christopher Ilitch, with the potential for influencing the designs of other arenas around the world. The arena has a maximum capacity of 20,491 patrons for basketballs, with options to reduce for basketball or other events. Built as a bowl, the venue is 8 stories high, with its lowest floor 40 feet below street level.

Guests may not change their pre-assigned seats on the day of a show or game. When looking towards the playing surface, all seats are numbered in a clockwise pattern. Seat 1 is the first seat at the right end of the row. Seating is clearly laid out and intuitive, but if you experience any difficulty, please find a member of staff who will be only too happy to help guide you to the correct seat.

All lower bowl seats offer excellent sightlines with comfortable spacing, proximity to the ice or court, and options for standard seating or club seats. The club seating includes the Blue Cross Blue Shield Suite Lounge, accessible via the Trinity Health Garage skybridge.

Mezzanine Level (M)

The mezzanine level provides an excellent middle ground between close proximity and a broader perspective. You’ll enjoy the elevated views that showcase the full scope of the action while remaining close enough to see the game or performance details clearly. These sections also feature club seating options with access to exclusive lounges and upgraded concessions, such as the Jack Daniel’s Club No. 7. 

You’ll find this level ideal if you want enhanced comfort and amenities without the premium cost of suite-level experiences.

Upper Bowl Sections (200s)

The upper-level seating at Little Caesars Arena is numbered in the 200s. You can sometimes find upper bowl tickets for significantly less than lower-level seats while still having full access to excellent sightlines of the action below. The venue’s bowl design ensures that guests in all areas have great views, but you should be aware of the steeper angles in these elevated sections.

If you have concerns about heights or mobility issues, you may find these sections challenging. Leg room is also more limited than in the lower bowl sections. You’ll need to allow neighbors to stand when passing through the rows.

Gondola Seating (G)

Little Caesars Arena’s unique gondola seating level suspends above the stands, offering a bird’s-eye view of the floor or ice down below. You’ll certainly experience a perspective unlike any other in the venue. Typically, however, these seats work better for sporting events than concerts due to the acoustic considerations.

VIP Suites and Premium Seating

If you’re after a premium experience at Little Caesars Arena, you have numerous suite options with private restrooms, dedicated concessions, and climate control. You can rent private suites for individual games or events, with various configurations accommodating different group sizes. Plus, premium seating options often come with priority entry.

Accessible Seating

Lastly, you’ll find accessible seating options throughout Little Caesars Arena at different price points. The venue provides wheelchair-accessible seating, with companion seats available adjacent to accessible positions. For concerts and family shows, accessible floor seating is often available via Southeast elevators near Portal 9.

It’s helpful to request assistance from venue staff upon entry. The venue cannot provide wheelchairs for individual use during events, but maintains them for transportation purposes.
